NJ CLIFTON — Clifton Planning Board reorganizes for 2026, electing Susan Kolodziej as chair and John Withers as vice chair. The board retained Bruno & Ferraro, Esqs. as board attorney with a 2.5 percent increase and Neglia Engineering as board engineer, landscape architect, and traffic engineer. Nicholas Graviano was appointed board planner, and Laura Carucci was appointed stenographer at rates of $300 per regular meeting (first three hours) and $450 for special meetings.
