Board approves three applications including adult day care center

NJ CLIFTON — Clifton Zoning Board of Adjustment unanimously approves three variance and site plan applications. The board voted 6-0 on a use variance and site plan for Param Group of Companies' adult day care center at 145 Main Avenue, serving 60 to 80 clients daily from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. with 12 employees and 8 service vans. In separate unanimous votes, the board also approved home variance applications for Shalom and Shira Glas at 15 Lorraine Drive (second-floor addition) and Kamil Zolynski at 196 Ackerman Avenue (garage removal for four parking spaces with required fence).

The board additionally memorialized approvals for three prior applications including Kunal Shah's adult day care use variance.
