Board approves three applications, adjourns fourth for revisions

NJ CLIFTON — Clifton Zoning Board of Adjustment approves three applications and adjourns one pending site plan revisions. The board unanimously approved three applications: residential additions for Sora Leiter and David Parnes at 132 Allwood Place and Eli and Tzipora Zakutinsky at 27 Autumn Street, plus a use variance for an Adult Day Care Center by Kunal Shah at 251 Clifton Avenue, which will operate 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. with three staff members. The board adjourned a towed vehicle storage application at 1061 Main Avenue after Vice Chair Molner requested updated site plans; it will return March 18.
